We are a South Texas deer breeder whose breeds typical looking bucks to be released into the pasture. We want deer that will survive when released and that look like they belong in the pasture.

We started with genetics from the following breeders:

We’ve since added genetics from:

We primarily release deer into our own pasture and sell a limited number of breed does, fawns and stocker bucks each year. If you are looking for pretty typical looking bucks that will Survive in South Texas, then please feel free to reach out to us.

Our History

The Ranch has been in the family since the 1890’s. We started supplement feeding after we high fenced a portion of the ranch in 1989. We were able to grow native deer to the 180’ class. In an effort to start growing larger bucks we started our breeder program in 2017.We are fortunate that we already had relationships with some of the best breeders in Texas. We were able to take what we had learned in over 30 years of managing both high and low fence deer to make our breeder program successful.
